Her research interest is in the political history of colonial and post colonial Kerala, which remains an under explored area so far.
After completing her Ph.D on the topic “Panampilly Govinda Menon: A Freedom Fighter and An Administrator of Cochin State”, she pursues her interest through different paper presentations at various seminars both at national and state level.
Other than the area of research and specialization she follows her passion in the area of training and women studies.
